Another big WOW!!! ~ Thank you
everyone for turning out in force for our weekend with Junor
Cervila.
More than 50 people attended
the Saturday afternoon workshops which were splendid and quite
successful dance-wise.
There is no one like Junior!
However, for the first time
ever in nearly five years, I had to turn people away because
of limited space and I am so sorry to those who wanted to come
but could not. But most everyone came to the milonga!
More
than 80 people came to dance and listen to the fantastic music
of Tito Castro & Maurizio Najt - that's a huge number
for this region and indeed, dancers came from all over... Albany,
Poughkeepsie, throughout the Hudson Valley, a large NYC contingent,
Massachusetts and New Jersey.
What a crowd and what incredible dancing!
And as for dancing, well, needless to say I am still in tango
heaven after doing the tango demo wth Junior, and in awe
of the samba/salsa/tango Junior performed with his Latin
Dance partner Fernanda!
This event took a lot of hard
work and I want to extend very hearty thank-you's to many good
friends on the WT team! ...
