of MILONGUERO STYLE TANGO (Close Embrace) (All Levels) : Caminatas (different
ways to move forward); Amague with flexion and change of
weight; amague without flexion and change of front. (Amague:
a "fake" move that
appears to move in one direction and then changes the direction
at the last second. Considered an 'adornment', these moves
are essential to Argentine Tango and make your dance look very
cool!!!)
4:45-6:15p: GIROS and CONCEPT OF CIRCULAR
MUSIC (Intermediate & Advanced): Turns, Half-Turns, with change of front, with backward and
forward runs; combination of turns; turns in the VALS, rotated
figures.
8-9p: Intro to Tango:
Walking in Rhythm- How to Get Onto the Tango Dance Floor
